This quick cheese and ham salad is prepared in just 10 minutes and is incredibly creamy, hearty, and packed with flavor. Ingredients (for approx. 4 servings):
1 package of cooked ham (approx. 200 g), diced
1 can of corn (300 g, including juice)
1 package of Edam cheese (sliced, approx. 150-200 g)
50 g mayonnaise (optionally low-fat or mixed with yogurt)
1-2 tbsp white wine vinegar (alternatively apple cider vinegar)
2 tbsp sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
Fresh chives (to taste, finely chopped)
Black pepper (freshly ground, to taste)
