Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan.
2. Mix the Cake Batter
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, milk, crushed pineapple (with juice), and sugar.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
3. Bake the Cake
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
4. Cool Completely
- Let cake cool in the pan on a wire rack.

1. Cream the Base
- Beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
2. Add Sugar & Flavor
- Gradually mix in confectioner’s sugar.
- Stir in vanilla extract if using.
3. Frost & Finish
- Spread frosting evenly over cooled cake.
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans for crunch and flair.
