Epic Beef Nachos Supreme Recipe

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Cook beef filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions.

  3. Assemble nachos: Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Spoon beef mixture evenly over the chips. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

  4. Bake: Place in oven for 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

  5. Top & serve: Add desired toppings such as jalapeños, tomatoes, olives, sour cream, guacamole, or salsa. Garnish with cilantro and serve warm.
