Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pick through crab meat for shells, keeping lumps intact.
  3. Mix sauce: Whisk mayo, egg, mustard, seasoning, lemon juice, and parsley.
  4. Add crab + crumbs, fold gently to combine.
  5. Shape into balls (4–6), place on lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake 18–20 mins until golden.
  8. Serve warm with lemon wedges.
