Fantastic cheesecake with 500 g of quark and 1 cup of plain yogurt

Ingredients:

For the base:

200 g flour

1 tbsp baking powder

70 g sugar

70 g butter

2 large egg yolks

1 tbsp milk, possibly 2 tbsp

For the topping:

80 g butter

200 g sugar

5 large eggs, separated

500 g quark

1 packet vanilla pudding powder

6 tbsp condensed milk

1 cup plain yogurt (150 g, not low-fat)

Juice of ½ lemon

Butter, for greasing the springform pan
