Slow Cooker Candied Carrots

– 2 pounds baby carrots

Directions
1. Place the baby carrots into the slow cooker.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, honey, salt, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
3. Pour the butter and sugar mixture over the carrots in the slow cooker, ensuring that the carrots are evenly coated.
4. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the carrots are tender to your liking.
5. Once cooked, stir in the vanilla extract and give the carrots a good mix to redistribute the glaze.
