Garlic and Herb Roasted Cauliflower

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil to prevent sticking.

2. Prepare the Cauliflower

  • Wash and dry the cauliflower thoroughly. Cut it into bite-sized florets, discarding the tough core. Place the florets in a large mixing bowl.

3. Season the Cauliflower

  • Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower florets. Add the minced garlic dried thyme salt , and pepper . Toss everything together until the florets are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.

4. Roast the Cauliflower

  • Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even roasting and crispiness.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes , stirring halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown with slightly crispy edges.

5. Taste and Adjust

  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and give it a taste test. Adjust seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or thyme if needed.

6. Serve and Enjoy

  • Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves or a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve warm as a side dish or enjoy it on its own as a healthy snack.
