Ingredients:

  • Lobster tails – 2, split in half lengthwise

  • Sea scallops – 8–10 large, patted dry

  • Unsalted butter – 6 tbsp

  • Garlic – 4 cloves, minced

  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (plus lemon wedges for serving)

  • White wine – 1/4 cup (optional, or use seafood stock)

  • Fresh parsley – chopped, for garnish

  • Salt and pepper – to taste

  • Paprika – optional, for color

  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp


Instructions:

  1. Prep the Lobster:

    • Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise. Pat dry and season with salt, pepper, and a little paprika for color.

  2. Sear the Scallops:

    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Sear scallops 2–3 minutes per side until golden and opaque in the center. Remove and set aside.

  3. Cook the Lobster:

    • In the same skillet, add 2 tbsp butter.

    • Place lobster tails flesh-side down and cook 3–4 minutes until lightly browned.

    • Flip and add minced garlic; cook 1–2 more minutes.

    • Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
