Garlic Butter Shrimp & Asparagus Foil Packs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Assemble Foil Packs:

    • Lay out 4 large sheets of foil (about 12×18 inches).

    • Divide shrimp and asparagus evenly among them.

    • Drizzle with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper.

    • Top with lemon slices.

  3. Seal Packs: Fold foil over ingredients, crimping edges tightly to seal.

  4. Bake: Place packs on a baking sheet and bake for 15–20 min, until shrimp is opaque and asparagus is tender.

  5. Serve: Carefully open packs (watch for steam!) and garnish with fresh parsley.
