Ginger and Clove Tea

  1. Prepare the spices – Lightly crush the cloves and grate the ginger to release their flavors.

  2. Combine in a mug – Place the crushed cloves and grated ginger into your mug.

  3. Boil water – Heat water until it reaches a rolling boil.

  4. Steep the tea – Pour the boiling water into the mug, add the tea bag, and let it steep for about 3 minutes.

  5. Strain & enjoy – Strain out the solids and sip the tea while warm for maximum benefit.

Tip: Adjust ginger and cloves to taste—add honey or lemon for extra soothing warmth.
