Golden Vanilla Bundt Cake
Ingredients:

3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup (227g) unsalted butter, softened

2 cups (400g) granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 cup (240ml) whole milk

1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together with an electric mixer until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
