Grilled Fish with Crispy Fries

Instructions:

Prepare the Fries:
.  Preheat your oven according to the instructions on your fries package.
.  Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
.  Bake for the recommended time, turning halfway for crispy, golden fries.

Prepare the Fish:
.  Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
.  In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
.  Rub the spice mixture evenly on both sides of the fish fillets.

Grill the Fish:
. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
.  Grill the fish for 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked and slightly crispy on the outside. Avoid overcooking to keep the fish tender and juicy.

Assemble the Plate:
.  Arrange the crispy fries and grilled fish fillets on a plate.
.  Serve with lemon wedges on the side and garnish with fresh parsley.

Optional Additions:
.  Add a dollop of tartar sauce or drizzle lemon butter over the fish for extra flavor.
