Hands down, my nana won’t be at the Christmas dinner without this dish!

Step 1: Dissolve the Jell-O
In a large bowl, combine the Jell-O mix with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved.

Step 2: Add Liquids
Mix in ½ cup of cold water along with the reserved pineapple juice (you should have around ½ to ¾ cup). Stir until blended.

Step 3: Add Cranberry Sauce
Break apart the jellied cranberry sauce with a fork, then add it to the Jell-O mixture. Stir until evenly incorporated.

Step 4: Mix in Pineapple and Pecans
Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and chopped pecans until well combined.

Step 5: Chill to Set
Pour the mixture into a serving dish or mold. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or until completely set.

Step 6: Serve and Enjoy
Once firm, slice or scoop the salad and serve chilled.
