Dump and Bake Creamy Summer Pasta
Servings: 4

Ingredients
8 oz uncooked pasta (like penne or fusilli)
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 zucchini, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups vegetable broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
