  • 30 oz frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar (divided)
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs (optional topping)
