Healthy Cookies with Just Oats, Apples, and Banana

Instructions

Step 1: Soak the Oats

In a bowl, combine oats and milk. Mix well and let soak for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the Fruit

Peel the apples, remove cores and seeds, and cut into cubes.
Transfer to a blender or food processor with the banana. Blend until smooth.

Step 3: Combine Mixture

Pour the fruit purée over the soaked oats. Mix well until combined.
Stir in the walnuts to distribute evenly.

Step 4: Shape the Cookies

Grease a silicone mold with a little vegetable oil and fill each cavity, pressing lightly to compact.

Alternative: Use a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Shape the dough into flat mounds or bars with a spoon, leaving space between them.

Step 5: Bake

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake for 25 minutes, or until lightly golden.

Step 6: Serve

Cool slightly, then unmold or lift from the tray. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
