Hearty and delish, just the way I like it!

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, sour cream, melted butter, beaten eggs, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the corn mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set in the center.
