Homemade B!tchin’ Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup raw almonds
⅔ cup water
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons liquid aminos or soy sauce
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon coriander

Preparation

1. In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients and blend for 2-3 minutes until fully smooth. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time if sauce is thicker than desired.
2. Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days. Enjoy with veggies, chips, or as a salad or pasta dressing.
