Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180C/350F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
2. Mix all cake ingredients in a large bowl until combined, then transfer to the greased pan.
3. For the fudge sauce, mix all ingredients except hot water in a separate bowl. Sprinkle this mix over the cake, then gently pour hot water on top. Do not mix.
4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is just set. Let it cool for 15 minutes before serving.
