Humpty Dumpty Dip

 Instructions

  1. Prepare the Eggs

    • Add 6 whole hard-boiled eggs to a large food processor.

    • Cut the remaining 6 eggs in half and add only the yolks to the processor.

    • Set the reserved egg whites aside.

  2. Blend the Dip Base
    Add the following to the food processor:

    • Cream cheese

    • Mayonnaise

    • Yellow mustard

    • White vinegar

    • Paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper

    • 1 tsp chopped chives
      Process until completely smooth and creamy.

  3. Incorporate Egg Whites
    Roughly chop the reserved egg whites and stir them into the dip by hand for texture.

  4. Garnish and Serve

    • Transfer the dip to a bowl.

    • Sprinkle with the remaining 1 tsp of chives and a dash of paprika.

    • Add sliced pickles if desired.

  5. Serve Chilled
    Pair with crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggie sticks for dipping.
