Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over high heat, combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, whisking frequently.

  2. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract until smooth.
