I made this recipe during a football playoff party, and it literally got devoured in mins
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the mixture into an 8×8 inch baking dish lined with foil. If you want a topping: Mix together breadcrumbs and remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and pour mixture on top.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving with crackers or sliced vegetables. Sometimes I like to sprinkle some extra green seasoning for color.
