Ingredients
– 8 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
– 1 large onion, peeled and sliced into rings
– 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
