Instructions:
Preheat & Prep: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners or grease it lightly.
Mix Batter: In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and pumpkin puree until smooth and fully blended.
Fill Muffin Cups: Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup roughly two-thirds full.
Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool: Allow the muffins to rest in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
