I’m on a strict diet but I’m allowed this dessert, it only has 190 Kcal: I make it in the evening, leave it in the fridge and the next day it’s even better!

10 sugar-free biscuits (wholemeal or Pavesini type, both are fine)
Cold coffee to taste (sweetened with erythritol or liquid sweetener, if necessary)
For the topping:
100 g sugar-free dark chocolate
40 ml milk (vegetable milk is also fine)
Coconut flour for decoration (optional, but the result is very impressive)
Preparation (divided into several steps, but don’t worry: nothing complicated)
1. Preparation of the coconut cream (about 10 minutes + cooling time)
