I’ve made this a few times and it was amazing every time! I can’t wait to make it again!
Ingredients
2 pounds of potatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
