I’ve made this recipe four times already and I never get tired of it.

4. Pour the topping:
Gently pour the chocolate ganache over the last layer of cookies. Spread well with a spatula to cover the entire surface.

5. Refrigerate:
Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight. This will allow the biscuits to soak in well and the cream to set.

6. Serving:
Cut into squares and serve chilled. Garnish with a little cocoa powder or chocolate shavings for an extra treat.
