i’ve Never Eaten Such Delicious Zucchini Bread! Simple and Very healthy !

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) . Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Grate the zucchini using a box grater and pat it dry lightly with a paper towel to remove excess moisture (but don’t squeeze it completely dry).

Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.

Step 3: Combine the Wet Ingredients

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, applesauce, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

Step 4: Add the Zucchini and Dry Ingredients

  1. Stir the grated zucchini into the wet ingredients until evenly distributed.
  2. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  3. Fold in any optional add-ins like nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips if desired.
