Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and pound to even thickness if needed.
  3. Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, mayonnaise, provolone, and half the Parmesan.
  5. In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with remaining Parmesan and melted butter.
  6. Sear chicken in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on one side.
  7. Flip chicken, turn off heat, and spread cheese mixture over the top.
  8. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over cheese layer, pressing gently to adhere.
  9. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and chicken reaches 165°F.
  10. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
