Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and pound to even thickness if needed.
- Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, mayonnaise, provolone, and half the Parmesan.
- In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with remaining Parmesan and melted butter.
- Sear chicken in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on one side.
- Flip chicken, turn off heat, and spread cheese mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over cheese layer, pressing gently to adhere.
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and chicken reaches 165°F.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
