– 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
– 1 tablespoon baking powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cubed
– 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup milk
– Optional: Chives or green onions for garnish
