A lighter take on a beloved classic — these baked spring rolls bring all the flavor and crunch, without the carbs.

🥬 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • ½ cup shredded carrots

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 8 low-carb spring roll wrappers (see note below)

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
