Mix all the ingredients until you get a uniform dough.
Shape them into balls with your hands.
Brown the meatballs in a frying pan with a little olive oil or bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
2. Mushroom sauce:
In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion and mushrooms until golden.
Add the wheat flour and mix well.
Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly until it thickens.
