Mexicorn Rotel Dip

Instructions:

  1. Combine base ingredients:
    In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add cream cheese, Rotel (with juice), and sour cream. Stir until the cheese melts and it becomes smooth.

  2. Add the flavor:
    Stir in Mexicorn, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

  3. Heat through:
    Cook until bubbly and everything is heated through (about 5–7 minutes), stirring occasionally.

  4. Serve hot:
