Midnight Fudge Cake
For the Fudge Layer:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Pinch of salt
For the Glaze:
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2–3 tbsp milk (or heavy cream for silkier consistency)
