My husband enjoys this meal, but I often have limited time. This recipe is my favorite shortcut!
Ingredients

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup heavy cream
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk
