My husband’s new obsession! Started cooking this lately and he’s asked for it 5 times now.

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
3. In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.
4. Place the flour in a third shallow dish.
5. Dredge each pork chop in flour, shaking off the excess, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
6. Arrange the breaded pork chops on a baking sheet coated with olive oil spray.
7. Spray the tops of the chops lightly with olive oil spray to help the breadcrumbs brown.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 145 degrees F).
9. Let the chops rest for 3-5 minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
Variations & Tips
For those who like a bit of a kick, try adding red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture. If you’re accommodating a gluten-free diet, simply substitute the breadcrumbs and flour with your favorite gluten-free versions. And for a dairy-free option, omit the Parmesan and use a dairy-free milk alternative in the egg wash.
