My mama made this on nights where she needed to make dinner in a hurry. It still tastes like gold
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet, brown the beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease. Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for a few minutes until the mixture thickens.
3. In a pan, heat the cheddar cheese soup and milk, stirring until smooth.
4. Spread corn chips in greased baking dish.
5. Top with beef mixture. Follow with cheese sauce.
6. Top with shredded cheese of choice.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is
melted and bubbly.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Garnish with your desired toppings such as diced tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, and jalapeños.
