Nana’s recipe always hits home for me! 5 stars!

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a baking dish, spread the rice evenly across the bottom. Pour the chicken broth over the rice.
In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Rub the lemon-garlic mixture all over the chicken breasts, then place them on top of the rice in the baking dish.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
