Neapolitan Ice Cream

Step 1: Prepare the Ice Cream Base

Whip the cream – In a large bowl, beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer until thick and smooth (avoid overbeating to prevent a buttery texture).
Mix with condensed milk – In a separate bowl, combine condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Gently fold this into the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
Step 2: Make the Chocolate Layer

Melt the chocolate – Using a double boiler or microwave (in 30-second intervals), melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
Add cocoa powder – Stir in the cocoa powder until well blended.
Combine with ice cream base – Mix the chocolate mixture into ⅓ of the ice cream base until evenly combined.
Step 3: Make the Strawberry Layer

Blend strawberries – Puree the strawberries in a blender. If they’re tart, add sugar to taste.
Combine with ice cream base – Fold the strawberry puree into another ⅓ of the ice cream base.
Step 4: Assemble & Freeze

Layer in a mold – In a rectangular container or loaf pan, alternate layers:
Vanilla (remaining plain base)
Chocolate
Strawberry
(Use a spoon to gently smooth each layer without overmixing.)
Freeze – Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
Serve – Slice or scoop and enjoy!
This classic Neapolitan Ice Cream combines three delicious flavors in one creamy, dreamy treat!
