Never had this combo before! It was fresh and oh so satisfying!

Instructions:

Prepare the Vegetables:
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, sliced cucumbers, celery, and grated carrots.
Whisk the Dressing:
In a separate bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, black pepper, and salt until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Combine and Toss:
Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated. Fold in the chopped parsley for added freshness.
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve and Enjoy:
Give the coleslaw a final stir before serving. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
