Instructions:
Prepare the Base:
Crush the digestive biscuits.
Combine crushed biscuits, peanuts, and sugar.
Mix milk, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder.
Add the milk mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients.
Mix until combined.
Press into Pan:
Press the mixture into a lined baking pan.
Refrigerate while preparing the topping.
Prepare the Chocolate Topping:
Melt dark chocolate with avocado oil.
Assemble and Chill:
Pour the chocolate topping over the base.
Sprinkle with ground peanuts.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve and Enjoy:
Cut into squares or rectangles.
Serve chilled.
