No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.

  2. Make the filling: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.

  3. Assemble: Spread filling evenly into the crust. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.

  4. Finish & serve: Top with cherry pie filling. Keep chilled until serving.
