No-Knead Bread – I Don’t Want Any Other Anymore!

Preparation

1️⃣ Mix the dough:
First, mix all the dry ingredients. Add 400 ml of water and combine everything with your hands – do not knead. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for at least 12 hours, up to 24 hours.

2️⃣ Shape the dough:
Place the dough on a floured surface. Sprinkle some flour on top. Stretch the dough lengthwise and fold each side once inward over the middle. Shape into a round loaf with your hands and place it on a well-floured kitchen towel.

3️⃣ Second rise & bake:
Cover with another kitchen towel and let it rest for 1 hour.
Then, using the towel, carefully transfer the dough into a glass baking dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Bake the bread covered for 25–30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes uncovered.
