Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Dijon mustard, egg, thyme, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  2. Form the Fritters: Using your hands or a spoon, form the mixture into small patties or fritters.
  3. Heat the Oil: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the Fritters: Cook the fritters in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain and Serve: Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
