Oven Baked Glazed Honey Garlic Sausages

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Arrange sausages in a baking dish, leaving space between each one.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black   pepper until smooth.
3. Pour the honey garlic mixture over sausages, turning to coat each one evenly. Scatter   sliced onions around the sausages.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning sausages once halfway through cooking, until golden   brown and cooked through.
5. Remove from oven and let rest for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if using   and serve immediately.
