Oven-Fried Potatoes with Onions

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking tray or line it with parchment paper.

Wash and thinly slice the potatoes. Peel and slice the onions into rings or strips.

Place the potatoes and onions in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and any optional spices. Toss well to coat evenly.

Spread the mixture in a single layer on the baking tray.

Bake for 35–45 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crisp on the edges.

Remove from the oven and serve hot.

Serving Suggestions

Serve oven-fried potatoes with onions as a side dish with eggs, roasted vegetables, or your favorite main meal. You can also top them with fresh herbs or a light sprinkle of cheese for extra flavor.
