Pecan Cheesecake Pie

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish, press firmly, trim excess crust, and prick bottom with a fork.Flat Apple Pie

In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add granulated sugar, beat, then add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla extract.
Pour cream cheese filling into prepared crust. In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt. Sprinkle mixture over the filling.
Bake pie in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until set. Cool on wire rack.
Serve with whipped cream if desired. Enjoy!
