Perfect Crispy Bacon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Bacon slices (as many as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Prepare the Pan: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Place a wire rack on top if you have one—this allows fat to drip away and makes bacon extra crispy.

  3. Lay the Bacon: Arrange the bacon slices in a single layer without overlapping. This ensures even cooking.

  4. Bake:

    • If using a rack: Bake for 15–20 minutes.

    • If baking directly on the parchment: Bake for 18–22 minutes.
      Keep an eye on the bacon starting at the 15-minute mark to avoid burning.
