Philly Cheesesteak Pasta

1. Preheat oven
Set oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Cook pasta
Boil pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. Cook beef
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.

4. Add vegetables
Stir in diced bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

5. Season
Add salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in beef broth and bring to a simmer.

6. Add cream cheese
Mix in cream cheese until melted and fully combined.

7. Combine with pasta
Toss the cooked pasta with the beef-cheese mixture until evenly coated.

8. Assemble
Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle provolone cheese on top.

9. Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

10. Serve
Let cool slightly before serving.
