Phyllo Custard Pie (Rippled Galatopita)

🧂 Ingredients:

For the custard:

4 cups whole milk

1/2 cup semolina (fine)

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 large eggs

For the phyllo & assembly:

10–12 sheets of phyllo dough (thawed)

1/4 cup melted butter (for brushing)

Optional: powdered sugar and cinnamon for dusting
